Dunelm Sunderland has been an incredible supporter of Jamesie’s Mission, helping to bring joy to children in need during the festive season. Each year, Dunelm runs its Gift of Joy campaign, where shoppers can pick a gift tag from the Christmas tree, purchase the listed item, and donate it to a child in need.

In December 2024, thanks to the overwhelming generosity of the local community, we received over 200 gift bags in total between the Sunderland and Gateshead stores. This amazing support gave our Christmas appeal a well needed huge boost and enabled us to deliver over 500 toys to children at the Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI - Great North Children's Hospital) in Newcastle.
