We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that the amazing Cultural Venues Team from the Gala Theatre in Durham is stepping up to raise funds in support of Jamesie’s Mission and Macmillan Cancer Support!

Their fundraising journey is kicking off with an inspiring charity walk covering three incredible venues — starting at Bishop Auckland Town Hall, heading to Gala Durham, and finishing at Empire Consett. This heartfelt initiative aims to shine a light on the incredible work of both charities while bringing the local community together in support.

​

During the Christmas period, it is also their intention to fundraise throughout the pantomime season, which they have done previously for Jamesie's Mission in 2022, as well as hosting other events and fundraising evenings along the way.

We are truly honoured that Jamesie’s Mission has been chosen as one of the beneficiaries. Knowing that the team is putting in such dedication and passion to raise awareness and funds means the world to us.
