Mission Christmas Gift Appeal 2026

Christmas should be a magical time for every child, but for families spending the festive season in hospital, it can be especially difficult.

In 2025, thanks to our incredible supporters, Jamesie’s Mission donated over £35,000 worth of toys and gifts to the RVI in Newcastle, alongside family room essentials and Costa Coffee gift cards to support parents and carers.

For 2026, we're hoping to make an even bigger difference!

Our aim is to expand our Christmas Gift Appeal to hospitals across Sunderland and South Tyneside, while continuing to support the RVI, bringing gifts, comfort and a little Christmas magic to even more children and families.

With the help of local businesses, schools and our wonderful community, we hope to make Christmas 2026 our biggest appeal yet!

You can play a part in bringing Christmas magic to the RVI by donating a gift direct. Simply choose a toy or present and drop it off with us — we’ll make sure it reaches a child or family spending Christmas in hospital.

If you can’t drop off a toy in person, you can still make a difference by sponsoring a gift. With your donation, we’ll choose and deliver a present on your behalf, ensuring every child spending Christmas in the RVI has something special to open.
